NationalDex makeover

You may have noticed a few improvements around ND. New banner, enhanced background, buttons etc, and that is all thanks to CHRIS and his great computer skills. So most visual enhancements will be all thanks to CHRIS. So thanks Chris, keep up the great work. You've definately earned your spot as Admin

Thanks Very Much Scott. I'm pretty sure the most appreciated thing is going to be the larger, slightly less confusing buttons at the top.
But i'll keep on at it.

So Far.
Background Loops properly.
Bigger nicer menu buttons.
"Who's online?" ? image down the bottom no longer has white stuff around it.
all of the topic images now have transparent backgrounds.
homepage displays last edited post in each thread.
Added like 3 smilies.
Of Course the banner.
And The favicon (Yes, that's the little Pichu in the address bar)
And SCOTT, we've got little admin banners too!

And thanks to everyone who has signed up recently.
Remember to tell your friends, and use the banners in other forums.
